GNC Meal Replacement shake – Strawberry
Water all day long
Dinner
Wheat pasta w/ Olive oil and Grilled Cajun Shrimp (don’t forget some chopped garlic)
45 Mins of Cardio on the treadmill……mostly around 4mph…some interval running at 6.0 mph……
Make goals….try to have them manifest….
ooooh and no eating past 7PM!!! EVER (maybe even 6-6:30) LOOOL
OH…WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CANNOT DO SOMETHING, ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE YOUR STATE. DONT JUST SIT THERE AND ACCEPT IT. THAT LITTLE VOICE IN YOUR HEAD ALWAYS SAYING “AHH ITS OK DO IT TOMORROW YOU’RE TOO TIRED” IS THE VERY PERSON YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME.
