Back on Track Day – June 24th 2008 (Gym / Diet)

Ok, a lot going on these past few weeks had thrown a monkey wrench into the Fitness kick…but now that we are somewhat settled in….time to start getting back on the Grind….

Starting at 182 lbs….the goal is to get down to 170lbs to start.

Florida is right around the corner ( 1 week away) and also its the begining of summer and there is time to get in some kind of summer shape!

This week will start with 30 minutes of cardio (gym) and some basic strenght training. Walks around the river with Pamela also.

Also, the philly cheese steak, french fries, potato chips w/dip , liquor, beer and pizza diet will go out the window for the following…

- Grilled Chicken

- Wheat Carbs

- Fruits/Veggies

- Egg Whites

- Meal Replacement shakes

- Skim Dairy

- Water (lots of it)

BYe bye to the beer belly and love handles that have decided to try to take over this year……this is the begining of a lot of blogging on this topic and new transformation……
